However, Jefferson County charges a fee per record copied. Jefferson County birth records cost $12 per first copy. First copies of death records cost $15.

NOTE - To acquire records, Jefferson County requesters must follow several rules. Jefferson County requesters must attain records between 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 a.m. from Monday to Friday.
