It was formed in 1914.

It was named after Joseph Toole, the first and fourth governor of Montana.

Toole County Criminal Records

Toole County records their criminal activity in the form of criminal records. These records cover murders, rapes, burglaries, arson, motor vehicle theft, assaults, and crimes of a sexual nature. In Toole County and across the whole state of Montana, police officers are required to keep an up-to-date list of all criminal records.
