The state of Montana hosts Teton County. The total population of Teton County in 2020 was 6,226. The current county seat is Choteau.

It was formed in 1893.

Teton County Criminal Records

Teton County records its criminal activity in the form of criminal records. These records cover murders, rapes, burglaries, arson, motor vehicle theft, assaults, and crimes of a sexual nature. In Teton County, records of criminals are constantly up to date. In Teton, County individuals can use a search tool in order to get access to the records. Anyone on release or in jail can be searched for using the tool. The Teton County sex offender register is updated constantly. Each offender living, working, attending school, or incarcerated in the Teton County area must be on this list. Teton County Public Records

Every Teton County resident, and Montana resident for that matter, has vital records kept on them. The vital records in question document a person’s most significant life events. Requesters must visit between 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday to obtain records in-person in Teton County. Photo ID is needed to obtain records in Teton County. State IDs and driver's licenses will do just fine. All Teton County public record requests must be put in writing.
