Granite County Criminal Records

Granite County records its criminal activity in the form of criminal records. These records cover murders, rapes, burglaries, arson, motor vehicle theft, assaults, and crimes of a sexual nature. All police records in Granite County are updated. Residents of Granite County can use a search tool in order to get access to the records in question. Any individual on release or in jail can be searched for using the tool. Granite County legally keeps current sex offender registers. Each offender living, working, attending school, or incarcerated in the Granite County area must be on this list. This register can be accessed by all Granite County residents.

Local offenders can be found by residents of Granite County by using online searches. Using a tool, residents must simply enter the zip code of their home or an address they would like to use as their focal point. All offenders within that area will then be revealed to the searcher. Granite County Public Records

Every Granite County resident, and Montana resident for that matter, has vital records kept on them. These documents record a person's most pivotal life events. Nonetheless, records in Granite County do come at a cost. Birth records in Granite County cost $12 for the first copy. Death certificates in Granite County will set a person back $15 for a first copy.

NOTE - If a requester wants to obtain records face-to-face, they must adhere to various rules in Granite County. The office is only open between 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday. To obtain records in Granite County, photo identification is needed. This could consist of a driver’s license or state ID. All Granite County public record requests must be put in writing.
